Danielle Roberts is a Veterinary Research Assistant at the National Marine Mammal Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston and a Master of Professional Science in Marine Conservation from the University of Miami (RSMAS). Danielle started her time with the NMMF as an Animal Care and Training Intern, and continued on as a marine mammal trainer for two years before transitioning to her research position. In her current role, Danielle is supporting data collection and analysis efforts to support marine mammal welfare in both managed care and wild environments. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her dog and exploring the outdoors.Â
