Katie Michelmore, MS, MBA, SHRM-CP, is the Human Resources Administrator for the National Marine Mammal Foundation.
Joining the NMMF Team in 2013, Ms. Michelmore has over 18 years of experience in small to mid-size organizations, performing leadership and human resources roles in startup, growth, and stable organizations. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, and management. She has experience in both for-profit and non-profit settings.
Ms. Michelmore is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Smith College. She earned her MS in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University, and her MBA with a focus on Human Resources from California State Dominguez Hills.
